We believe so strongly in the quality of the products we make, and we guarantee every product against defects in materials and workmanship. We don’t just guarantee our products for a set time frame. We like to be more flexible because the lifespan of our products varies depending on a few factors. For example, a heavily used or poorly maintained item will probably have a shorter life than an averagely used or well looked after item.


In the unlikely case, if our product fails due to a manufacturing defect, DexShell will be responsible for replacement, or refund, at our discretion. This Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.


DexShell waterproof socks, gloves and hats are made with three-layer bonded fabrics so please read carefully the size guide before you make your purchase.


Returns should be made first through the store or website you bought your DexShell from. You’ll need to have your proof of purchase ready and your retailer will then work with us on your claim. DexShell is not liable for any lost in-bound packages. At DexShell, we care about our customers, and also our DexShell vendors and employees. Due to sanitation reasons, we require that products accepted for warranty evaluation be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or the product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
